All Orders are handmade and shipped out from St. Augustine, Florida

How long does it take to process my order?
Since most of our inventory is handmade with care the processing time takes a little longer then normal. So, please allow the ongoing processing time of 5-7 business days. This means the time it takes for orders to be handmade and package to excellence, this is not the shipping time.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders over $75.00
How long can it take to ship out orders?
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrvie within 3-5 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
We do not offer refunds or returns on any purchases at this time. If you have any concerns, questions, or difficulties please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order for assistance.
